Independent tests performed on some of our seat cushions, not just indicated 8x better pressure relief, but also the pressure reduced the longer you sit on them. That's what we call smart comfort.
Unique Ergonomic zoning and customization
The breathable Octaspring® springs can be created in practically any foam density, firmness level and can be individually placed to create unique support zones for the parts of the seat, on which the greatest amount of weight is applied. This is the first truly zoned seat/sleep solution, offering specific support for different parts of the body, increasing comfort & durability.

Octaspring® technology has a unique structural benefit, that constantly aims to return back to its original position. This helps create better support, but also increases its lifetime. Some of the most severe tests have been performed, and have indicated, that Octaspring® technology performs better than conventional foam.
OCTA-Flex Tube system
Using the Octaspring® tube system, we are able to create less pressure, this allows better circulation and reduction of tension. This allows a much healthier sitting position, but is also achieved in a very cost effective way.
Improved performance
Octaspring® technology has a unique structural benefit, that constantly aims to return back to its original position. This helps to create better support, but also increases its lifetime. Some of the most severe tests have been performed, which have indicated, that Octaspring® technology performs better than conventional foam.
UP TO 50% LIGHTER
We use up to 50% less material in the production of Octaspring® springs, which results in a final product that is 30-50% lighter. This cuts not only the cost of transport and fuel consumptions, but also reduces CO2 emissions, making it a highly sustainable solution.
Performance tested & certified for the industry
Octaspring® has excelled in multiple comfort, ventilation, micro-climate and durability tests. We are therefore confident to offer long term warranties for the products made with Octaspring® technology, as it outperforms foam product equivalents.
PASSED AVIATION GRADE CERTIFICATION
Aircraft seats powered by Octaspring® technology have been fully certified, and are currently awaiting their first take off. The comparative tests performed on Octaspring® seat cushions have shown both an improved comfort, durability and considerable weight savings.

Independent comfort tests have been conducted to compare the technology’s comfort performance with superior results.
FR tests
The Octaspring® seat cushion has passed aviation standard fire retardancy tests on three seat models (14 CFR/CS 25.853 (c, App.F to part II)).
Durability tests
Very severe durability tests undergo 80,000 cycles (with 750N force) shown only 2.3 percent height lost, with a return to initial height during the 24 hour recovery time.

Octaspring® technology has won multiple awards not just in design and consumer sector, but has been awarded several extremely important awards in aerospace. Our Aircraft seat cushion was awarded the Crystal Cabin Award as the best new aircraft interior innovation material, followed by Best passenger comfort innovation in APEX awards, Gold winner of best Comfort design by Edison awards and nominated as best seating innovation in Yacht and Aviation awards organised by Design et al.

Product Specification
We are able to develop custom solutions and adapt Octaspring® technology practically in any sleep or sitting structure. The Octaspring® technology range varies from 2cm-12cm height, and currently is available in two diameters – Octaspring Eco-Light® at 6.5cm diameter and Octaspring® Original at 10cm diameter.
In order to create a new comfort solution with Octaspring® technology we would require technical 3D drawings with dimensions and preferably physical sample, for us to evaluate and create the most optimal solution from the comfort and weight saving perspective.

We can use practically any foam available in the market to create Octaspring® springs. Our expertise in sleep industry as well as knowledge about the foam types and suppliers gives us a competitive advantage of sourcing materials in large and small quantities.
All the foams used in the production of Octaspring® products meet specific industry standards, including flame retardancy requirements, which are required in aviation industry. We have successfully passed oil burner test with different combinations, and are able to offer ready to go solution for aviation and other industries.
All the certificates and test reports are available upon request.
We take advantage of our global supply chain, through which we can produce Octaspring® in in Europe, Asia or the US. This opens endless possibilities to supplying the technology, seat cushions or the entire solution in practically any part of the world.
We have tested Octaspring® technology under the most severe durability tests, and we are confident that our products will out perform existing foam cushion solutions. We do offer long term warranties, which are evaluated based on the specific product complexity and planned use.
